Research Our research is focussed on biocatalysis and enzyme engineering to enable sustainable and efficient syntheses of chemical products. We use bioinformatic methods and automation to tailor enzymes and improve their activity, selectivity, and stability, and we explore enzymatic applications in the identification of bioactive compounds, the production of pharmaceuticals, and the degradation of pollutants.
