Bernese Chemical Society

Welcome to the Bernese Chemical Society!

The Bernese Chemical Society was founded more than 100 years ago and has over 150 members.

One of our main tasks is to promote interest in chemistry, and to this end we organize a series of scientific lectures related to chemistry every semester. Our speakers come from Switzerland and abroad. We organize some of our lectures in collaboration with the Swiss Chemical Society.

Regular members pay an annual fee of CHF 30 (free for students without a master's degree, only CHF 5 for PhD students), while company members pay a fee of CHF 300.

Our members are an important pillar of our association, and we look forward to welcoming you as a member!
